How can you help me?

Firstly, we LOVE what we do.  Yes, we love bookkeeping, crunching numbers, paying bills and making sure everything balances.  Spreadsheets are one of our favorites!  There's a good chance that bookkeeping does not evoke the same feelings in you.  How we can help is by taking over all the data entry, making sure things are where they should be and using our skills and expertise to ensure that your business finances are in order and accurately reflecting the position of your business.

Who do you work with?

We work with individuals, small business owners, start ups and established businesses across a wide variety of industries.  Chances are whomever you are, we can help :)

How do we communicate?

We want to make this is as easy as possible for you.  We can use email, messaging apps, phone and / or video calls.  Whatever works best for you.  ​​

What if I don't like my bookkeeper?

We understand that sometimes this happens.  One of the beauties of our model, is that you always have your Lead Accountant on your account.  They understand your business and can cover for your bookkeeper if they are sick or if we need to make a staff change.  When this happens, your Lead Accountant will take over to ensure continuity and then we will match you with another of one of our qualified bookkeepers.

Can I change the services I use you for?

Absolutely.  We understand that things change and we are here for you.  We will schedule a call to discuss the changes and agree on a timeframe for the new services to commence.

How do you charge?

We bill an hourly rate based on the services we provide.  Charges are made to a credit card or bank account on file each billing cycle.

What other technologies are you using?

We love technology and embrace anything new that means we can do our job better, faster or more efficiently.  Some of the technologies we are using at the moment include:

What accounting software do you use?

We use Quickbooks Online.  If you are using a different cloud based accounting system we can probably work with that too.

I already have a CPA, do I have to change?

Absolutely not.  We do have CPA services in house, but you do not have to use them; we work with lots of external CPAs and are happy to work with yours.
